Product Warranty

Thank you for purchasing EQL Products. We warrant our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use during the warranty period. If the product fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective parts of the product or the product itself, with new or reconditioned parts or products that are functionally at least equivalent to those originally supplied. The warranty period runs for a period of 1 year from the date of generation of invoice. Please keep the original purchase invoice or sales receipt as proof of the purchase date. If users cannot provide original purchase invoice or sales vouchers, warranty period will be valid from the date of delivery ex-factory.


The warranty applies only if the product was newly manufactured on the Date of Purchase and not sold as used, refurbished or manufacturing. The warranty does not apply to customer induced damages, or failure caused by improper installation, operation, cleaning or maintenance, accident, damage, misuse, abuse, non EQL modifications to the product, any software programs, normal wear and tear or any other event, act of god, default or omission outside the control of EQL. The warranty is only valid in Taiwan, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty service. Please see EQL Warranty page(www.eqltech.com) to get latest information. It is recommended that you memorize serial number and original purchase date of the product in order to obtain a proper warranty service from EQL.


How to find product Serial Number?

Check the sticker label on the bottom side of the product or on the side of the package box. The serial number is listed after the word "Serial No.", "SSN","S/N" or "SN".
